UPS employees have the convenience of using their personal devices to perform delivery and pickup tasks on the go. The application's intuitive design guides employees through each step of the process.

When a delivery is planned in the system, employees receive a manifest of their stops and can use navigation with local maps. Each stop includes specific details such as special instructions or required signatures. The application provides guidance on the best way to complete the delivery based on these details.

If a delivery cannot be completed, the application also includes exception statuses to properly update the customer.

In addition, employees can build a manifest within the application by scanning the packages they will be servicing. Pickup tasks can also be completed within the application.

The application enables two-way communication between the employee and the local center, allowing for updates as needed.

To access all of these features, UPS employees simply need to sign up through the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) process.
